Sarah and Ken Novack come from a diverse background in the catering and specialty event fields. Ken, a formally trained chef, has 17 years catering experience. Everything from social lifestyle events to corporate. Sarah’s background consists of wedding planning and special event management. Together, they create a fresh approach personalizing each experience for their clientele.

We will be offering online ordering, allowing each customer complete control over their order experience. Menu development continues to evolve. We are working with vendors whose standards are high, ones that support local growers, use more environmentally friendly products and offer healthier alternatives.
